The AMF team have a proactive approach to project and programme management, ensuring we give our client's capacity rather than demand it. We lead on a variety of projects for our clients including (but not limited to): academy conversions, new school development, significant change applications, consultation and engagement and many others.
Our experienced team are more than Project Managers and actively contribute to delivery as opposed to limiting ourselves to a purely reporting and monitoring role.
The emphasis on contracting for independent professional clerking services has increased considerably since AMF began its clerking services in 2012. Since that time, the AMF clerking service has expanded to deliver approximately 230 meetings per year, covering 35 schools in four Multi Academy Trusts plus their trust board and committee meetings. AMF also provide clerking services and governance support to the charities sector and have recently begun a comprehensive support commission for an established and highly-successful charity based in South Yorkshire.
AMF offer a Governance Professional support package to MATs, and have access to a network of colleagues who can provide additional services in areas such as GDPR compliance.
AMF recognises the significant pressure on staff that work in schools to ensure safeguarding is a much needed priority whilst also maintaining a high-quality of teaching and education. AMF supports schools to develop confident and skilled strategic safeguarding leaders who can work beyond the realms of compliance and ensure safeguarding practice and culture are outstanding.
Through our experienced team led by Senior Safeguarding Consultant and Independent Social Worker, Louise Ryan, AMF offers schools, Trusts, and other organisations a range of safeguarding support and consultancy in the form of producing safeguarding strategies, policies or procedures, completing safeguarding compliance and assurance audits, delivering safeguarding training and workshops and offering supervision and safeguarding casework or ad-hoc advice.
Increasingly we are being asked by schools and MATs to provide our support and expertise specifically in relation to safeguarding complaints , Subject Access Requests (SARs), and to complete safeguarding software compliance and consistency checks.
