We support significant change applications, such as school expansions, age-range changes, or mergers, handling the regulatory requirements and consultation processes so that leaders can focus on their vision. We also design and deliver effective consultation and engagement programmes, ensuring parents, staff, governors, and communities are fully informed, heard, and involved at every stage of change.
